At JeanBon, we work with ‘fermier’ and raw milk cheeses as much as possible. Fermier cheese is prepared exclusively from the herd’s delicious creamy milk. The cheesemaker has full control of the entire production process, guaranteeing the animals have a balanced diet and sufficient space to move. Raw milk cheese is made from fresh, non-pasteurized milk, providing all the essential ingredients to make high quality and great tasting cheese.

Charcuterie

In accordance with our high standards in selecting our cheese, we offer you only the finest quality charcuterie such as the San Dienele DOK Dall'Ava ham, smoked belgian bacon from Huyze Terroir, or the real Ibérico Bellota Pata Negra Monte Nevado. The livestock has been grown and nourished with meticulous care and the meat continues to ripen in the best conditions adhering to the local traditions.
